PATIENT INFORMATION
-
On arrival, please introduce yourself to our reception staff and take a seat in our waiting room.
-
Whilst we try to keep to appointment times, occasionally a short delay may occur. If your physiotherapist is likely to be delayed more than 10 minutes, we will let you know.
-
Your first appointment will include a physical examination and an interview to establish the basis of your current condition. You will be advised of the proposed treatment programme before we commence treatment.
-
Our physiotherapist will discuss likely treatment outcomes and time-frames with you as the programme progresses.
-
If you become concerned about any aspect of your treatment, we can arrange for a second opinion to be provided about your progress. This can be provided by your Doctor, another Physiotherapy or specialist of your choice – at your expense.
